1. Is there any warranty on your products?
Ans 1: All Wireless World Phones products come with a 3-month warranty, which starts at the time of the original purchase by the end-user. The warranty will cover defects in materials and workmanship.


2. Can I return or exchange my purchase if I do not like it?
Ans 2: To ensure customer satisfaction, we can refund and/or exchange your purchase within 7 days from the purchase date. Returning products must remain intact with original packaging. Please include the original invoice in the return package. 6. Is there any charge of sale tax?
Ans 6: No, we do not charge our customers any sales tax.


7. How much is the shipping and handling charge for FedEx delivery?
Ans 7 : A flat shipping and handling charge of US$9.99/order applies to all orders around the world, including the US, Canada, the UK, etc. Regular delivery normally takes 7 working days.


8. How much is the shipping and handling charge for FedEx delivery?
Ans 8: FedEx priority delivery service costs US$17.99/order, which will take about 2 days. This service is available for customers in the United States Continental and Canada (except Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Northern Mariana Islands), but not for any P.O. Box address.


9. How should I pay for my purchase?
Ans 9: We can only offer payment method through Paypal, Google check out, and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Orders sent in with cash payment, money order, etc. will not be processed and will be returned in due course.


10. Is the shipping fee charged upon each order or each item?
Ans 10: The shipping fee is charged upon each order but not each item.


11. Can I use my FedEx account when paying for the $17.99 shipping fee for express delivery?
Ans 11: Sorry, we do not accept payment through FedEx accounts. Customers are required to pay the shipping fee if they choose FedEx delivery.


12. I cannot order more than one item online.
Ans 12 : Please try the following options:
A) Turn on the ""All Cookies"" function in your computer. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, go to Tools/ Internet Options/ Security/ Custom Level, and select ""Enable Cookies"". The shopping cart will then record all the items that you have ordered.

13. I was charged twice by Paypal, but I only received one receipt via email. Was it ordered twice?

Ans 13: There should be two pieces of record regarding each purchase: the first one for authorization purpose and the second one represents the actual charge from Wireless World Communication. Please check with your credit card company to see whether the purchase is charged twice.


14. Do you take Purchase Orders?
Ans 14: Sorry, we do not accept any Purchase Orders.

15. Do the cell phones you carry come with a sim card?
Ans 15: Sorry, cell phones we carry do not come with a sim card. For GSM cell phones, they will work with your existing sim card. However, if you are using CDMA cell phones, you can contact your service provider to reactivate the cell phone.


16. Do I need to subscribe to a new phone plan after I buy a cell phone from WirelessWorldPhones?
Ans 16: No. Cell phones we carry will work with your existing phone plan. However, if you are looking for a cell phone that is bundled with a phone plan, you may seek advice from leading service providers like AT & T, Cingular, Nextel, Sprint, T Mobile and Verizon.


17.. Can I use cell phones from WirelessWorldPhones outside the U.S.?
Ans 17: Yes note that all our cell phones are unlock and can be used wordwide.


18. Does WirelessWorldPhones offer phone plans?
Ans:18: Sorry, we do not offer any phone plans. You may contact service providers instead.

19. What does clone mean?
Ans:19: Clone mean imitation of the original phones. Note that all features may not be the same.
